4 Troubleshooting Delivery Delays

If you have completed payment but have not received your digital goods or email notification, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Typo in Email Address: If an invalid or mistyped email was entered during checkout, the email cannot be delivered. However, the order is still stored securely in our database.

5 Customer Security & Storage Responsibilities

Once digital goods have been delivered, the security and custody of those credentials transfer to the customer:

Please save and copy your keys or account logins immediately upon viewing the confirmation screen.
Do not forward or publicly disclose your order access URL, invoice, or keys to third parties.
Follow any specific security guidelines outlined on the product description (e.g. initial login rules, password changes, or device limits).
